At Prime-Time Nutrition we pride ourselves on helping our community develop healthy families and we are currently looking for customer service focused part-time Salesclerks in Richmond.
This position is available for mid-afternoon/early evening shifts and weekends.
Basic Functions:
A Sales/Cashier is responsible for maintaining Customer Service as per company standard, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards The Sales Clerk essential duties are as follows:
- Ensures excellent customer service and experience through adherence to company guidelines.
- Maintains general product knowledge, promotion, etc.
- Assists in floor moves, merchandising or display maintenance and store housekeeping.
- Assists in replenishing and processing products.
- Helps to maintain adequate store supplies.
- Communicates customer problems or complaints to store management.
- Handles consumer transactions and ensures proper processing of transactions via POS registers.
