Run weekly reports Enter Payroll in appropriate C/P Software per Contractor (Elations, LCP Tracker, DIR, Sew up, Alliance) Submit Enrollment/Monthly forms for OCIP Projects Submit and Enter Union Trust Fund Contributions Monthly A/R:
Create Monthly Invoices due by the 20thof each month, Send an email to all project managers to get their billing in one week prior.
(Textura, GC Pay) Email Invoices (AIAG702 Form) to appropriate person of our customer and have them confirm receipt (Email Invoices, SOV form, Conditional Releases) Create Bank Deposits and Enter payments from Customer Assist in Collection process by submitting the appropriate documentation (Email all required releases from us and suppliers) to the customer in a timely manner.
(Always a priority) A/P:
Open/Print all Invoices, stamp when received and distribute to appropriate Project Manager Maintain Project Manager Folders/Review Statements for missing Invoices Enter all approved invoices and file Mail all payments and file Contract Administration Send Executed Contracts to Customers through GSO/Overnight (for tracking) Request Ins Certs and fill out appropriate forms and return to customer Create Contract folders Prelien General Office Administration Answer incoming calls with appropriate Office Phone Etiquette Incoming and Outgoing mail and distribute to appropriate addressee Greet Incoming traffic Order/Organize Office Supplies/Print Paper for the KIP Maintain copy machines and Internet Assist and support to all Bids/Assist in bidding process (always a priority) when needed Always maintain a clean and organized desk and workstation Job Type:
