Manage Subcontract with Contractors regarding structural and misc.
steel work (Division 5) and getting signed final agreement Manage scope of work from start to finish Handle Coordination between Contractor / Fabrication /Architects and Engineer Handle scheduling and coordination between foreman and contractor Manage Schedule of Values using MS Excel Manage Purchasing Materials Manage Equipment Rentals and Log usage Manage Change Orders:
Submittals and Signed Approvals Handle Billing of Schedule of Values with the Office Manager Monthly Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$85,000.
