We are a growing company and looking to hire a Bindery Manager with experience in the print and/or print finishing industry.
Our equipment includes:
offset press, three digital printing presses, and a full bindery which includes a die cutter, saddle-stitcher, perfect binder, cutters, folders.

The Bindery Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
Measures and improves existing production process repeatability and reliability to meet customer specifications and schedules.
Responsible for all aspects of bindery:
maintenance, managing employees, trainingetc.
Scheduling our jobs in an efficient manner Resolve production issues through communicating with our team & provide solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
