com We currently have an immediate need for the Logistics Associate position.
This position is responsible for a broad range of administrative, logistic tasks and functions, including, but not limited to:
Plan and manage the logistics of business operation Administer inter-company Shipping and Receiving functions between subsidiary in Taiwan, headquarter in the US, and remote warehouses across US.
Handle Sales & Marketing trade show arrangements including travel and booth materials Assist with project involving sales or rental of products (Customer Service, Logistics) Support place purchase orders and search new suppliers, vendors Provide administrative support as needed Participate in projects as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Associate degree or equivalent one-year experience working for warehousing, logistics, wholesale, shipping, or freight forwarding companies Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Must be able to take the initiative, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in both English and Mandarin a plus.
