Responsibilities:
1.
Work with business systems like SAP, and in-house data systems.
Training provided.
2.
Lab Supplies inventory for 8 labs.
3.
Communicate with labs on their needs.
4.
Order lab supplies and office supplies externally.
6.
Coordinate with planners and logistics.
8.
Receive deliveries.
9.
Ship out stock items to labs.
10.
Invoicing 12.
General office management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer care management role - Strong knowledge of phone systems, office management, and schedule management - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software applications (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite) - Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping - Above average knowledge of Excel (formulas, formatting) - Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships.
