Are you a mechanically inclined chemical operator who understands how to work efficiently and with a sense of purpose? Are you a hard worker who shows up to work on time, day in and day out? Do you pay attention to process detail, and clean your area as you go? Do you take pride in a job well done? Do you enjoy physical work, such that lifting multiple 55-lb bags and moving 55-gallon drums on and off of pallets is not a problem? Are you certified to drive a forklift? We're seeking a high-performing, operator that gets feedback from internal and external customers that goes like this:
Such a high-quality worker! So organized, safe and efficient worker! The product is always made on-spec and looks good going out the door! The batch tickets and recordkeeping are so thorough! Our ideal candidate will currently be working as an ink maker or chemical operator for a batch process manufacturing company.
You bring a passion for high quality workmanship, process improvement and a focus on getting things done sooner rather than later, with the utmost accuracy.
In addition to your incredible desire to make good product and please your teammates, you are adept at dealing with many moving parts and priorities that can change quickly.
You'll come into this role and help produce some of the most innovative printing ink products for the global market.
You'll make sure that our customers love us by producing high quality materials that are produced and packaged with the utmost care and efficiency.
You'll weigh up batches for production, load materials into the mixer, package finished goods and clean vessels once completed.
You'll impress your teammates you're your cleanliness, organization, speed and helpfulness.
