Responsibilities:
Bay Area company in business over 77 years has immediate need for a Construction Administrative Assistant.

The Construction Administrative Assistant will assist Project Managers with the clerical duties needed for construction projects.
Exercises independent judgment related to day-to-day administration of projects.
Some of these responsibilities include:
Mailings - Letters of Intent, Contracts, Change Orders and Submittals Contact Subcontractors for bids on work Assembling and sending Closeout Binders Inserting Plan Sheets Printing Drawings/Plans Filing Organize Projects Files - Includes:
Typing Directories, File Labels, Binder Dividers and UPS Labels Experience and Education Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably as an administrative employee with construction company, or similar position doing.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of construction principles, techniques and procedures Handling a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical function of the office.
Time Management will be a necessity Strong background with ProCore and other computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and project scheduling applications Very good command of English, both written and verbal Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Good communications skills and ability to work with diversity of people Quick learner Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good organizational skills Able to juggle multiple projects and reprioritize based on urgency Regular interaction with company internal project managers and supervisor Job Type:

$65,000.
