Front Office Manager

Your main function is to supervise the front desk and to strive towards total guest satisfaction, must ensure that all procedures and policies are in place,all associates adhere to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations.
This position must be able to perform in all front office functions, and has total responsibility for training and development of all associates working for the front office.
You will be assisting the GM with various projects, and as the need arises.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth, efficient and professional operation of the front office.
Effectively coaching and counseling associates as necessary and when appropriate.
Ensuring effective communications between the departments, and is responsible for providing training and development opportunities for associate's success.
This includes daily training for technical, hospitality, communication, management, and organizational skills.
The Front Office Manager is expected to provide a high level of quality service and aggressive hospitality towards all guests.
This position is expected to communicate regularly and thoroughly with supervisors regarding daily audits and controls, to ensure that all are informed properly about procedures.
Responsible for initiating additional tasks to improve existing procedures and guest satisfaction.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
