Maintenance Mechanic
The primary purpose of the position is to perform journey level work involved in the installation, maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior of the building, physical plant operation, related utilities and mechanical equipment and other fixtures associated with building maintenance. Duties include but are not limited to performing water testing and chemical balancing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work found in the Frank Hagel Federal Building as well as general toilet and sink service calls in an occupied office environment. Applicants must show ability or potential ability to do the work of a Maintenance Mechanic and perform the work without more than normal supervision.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
